There will be a dock and a pond available. Practice will involve learning from others and becoming associated as a club. More emails to follow about the practice, times and locations. All dogs welcome to try jumping.
For more information including final practice time and location, including directions, email Kimberly Boucher at kimberlyboucher@myfairpoint.net.

Maine is starting its first Dock Dogs club. If your dog loves to swim and retrieve toys, this is the event for him or her.
We are trying to get people informed and involved with the starting of this new club. Any breed, any age, and any dog willing to retrieve are welcome to join. Once the club is up and running we will be able to hold events and/or travel together to events and some dogs might even become nationally known.
For more information: contact Kimberly Boucher at kimberlyboucher@myfairpoint.net or go to the Maine DockDogs forum and bulletin board.

About DockDogs
DockDogs is a fun, performance sport for dogs. DockDogs events are held locally, nationally and internationally. Competitions usually have four types of contests: Big Air, Extreme Vertical, Speed Retrieve and the new sport Iron Dog.
Anyone can participate, register his or her dog and have a good time. There’s no age limits for handlers nor are DockDogs events limited to certain breeds—all breeds and sizes are welcome. For more information about DockDogs, go online to DockDogs.com.
